2. Delivery within the UK via normal post (excluding Special Delivery, Courier Delivery and other premium rate delivery services of which the price will be determined for each individual order or set out on our website.)

Refunds can be requested by emailing info@globalrelations.co.uk and stating the reasons why one is sought. Following a purchase (as defined here), refunds will be at our sole discretion. In situations where we deem that a refund is warranted, we reserve the right to deduct such amounts as we view are reasonable to cover the costs of our administration and any other incidental costs incurred. We do not hold your credit / debit card or any other payment cards information. Such information will only be handled by our payment system provider, Protx, during the service order process on our site.

If we need to do so, we will inform you if a products correct price is higher than that stated in your order. If this is the case you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price.
